Join us as we reflect on gender equality at a groundbreaking event designed for everyone: high school and university students, companies, professionals from traditionally male-dominated industries, and beyond.
From engaging activities on the track to thought-provoking sessions in conference rooms, WOW combines reflection, training, dialogue, debates, and fun. It’s an inspiring day to celebrate empowerment and build a more inclusive future.

WOW is an event held at the Imola Racetrack on March 8, starting in the morning and culminating in the afternoon with a conference divided into thematic panels.
Figures from the Automotive world and beyond will discuss female empowerment. The key words: inspiration, passion, and sharing.
Everyone, from students to entrepreneurs to citizens, both men and women.
In the morning, there are two training sessions: university students can register for free, while the session dedicated to high school students is coordinated with schools. On the track, activities will be curated by PenskeCar. In the afternoon, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the WOW conference will be held at the Racetrack Museum. At the end, an aperitif will be available for all attendees.
- Attend the afternoon conference and the morning session for university students for free.
- Participate in the morning test drives (subject to availability).
- Book a guided tour of the Racetrack at a special price for women, starting at 1:00 PM.
- Walk freely on the track from 3:00 PM.
- Use the simulators at the IF Shop with a special price for women.
- Visit the Cozzi Museum exhibition “Women and Motors: Only Joys” in the Champions’ Gallery.

The Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Racetrack of Imola is located at Piazza Ayrton Senna da Silva No.1, Imola (BO). It is easily accessible by car via the A14 highway (Imola exit) or by public transport. From Imola train station, you can take a local bus or walk to the racetrack in about 20-30 minutes.
Parking will be available on Via Malsicura, and from there, you can reach Piazza Ayrton Senna da Silva via a pedestrian underpass. A dedicated parking area for people with disabilities will be available directly in Piazza Ayrton Senna da Silva.
