FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
TICKETS
The purchased ticket is not personalised; it holds portability and lacks specific personal identification.
A maximum of 10 tickets per account, inclusive of any promotions, can be purchased.
ACI members can buy tickets at special rates for a limited number of seats on designated stands. Purchase details for these tickets will be later published on www.aci.it .
Tickets purchased through private customer channels are considered VAT-special regime transactions (art. 74, paragraph 6, DPR no. 633/1972) and, as such, an invoice cannot be issued for them. However, invoices are applicable for companies and professional operators purchasing through the dedicated online B2B platform.
Tickets for private groups are not available. For companies and professional operators, it is possible to submit specific requests to e-mail [email protected] bearing in mind, however, that orders for ticket quantities of less than 10 will not be considered. Qualified professional operators will be provided with a special software platform through which each operator can independently proceed with the order proposal.
In addition to the tickets available in the first phase of opening sales, additional quantities of tickets will be gradually put on sale until the capacity of the Autodromo is sold out.
Children up to 11 years old accompanied by an adult benefit from reduced rates for grandstand tickets. The access control personnel may request identity documents from accompanying adults to verify the child’s age. No reductions are applicable for seniors.
The purchase of stand tickets for children up to 11 years old is linked to the purchase of a full-price ticket by an adult within the same order. Each adult can purchase a maximum of 3 reduced tickets for children. Children however can only access the event if accompanied by an adult.
Paddock access passes are not available for public sale.
Except for assistance dogs, animals of any size are not allowed inside the circuit during the event.
Tickets are available for single days or as three-day subscriptions (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). No additional combined tickets are offered.
Unlimited entry and exit are allowed during the event, but a ticket must be presented at each access control.
The purchased ticket grants access to the circuit, the specified grandstand or sector (with numbered seats where applicable), and public areas such as the fan zone. Further information on public access areas will be available closer to the event on the Autodromo’s website www.autodromoimola.it

Spectators may be exposed to loud noises during the event. Therefore it is recommended for everyone, especially children, to wear hearing protection devices.
The audience must also comply with any additional regulations issued by the relevant authorities, which will be published closer to the event on the Circuit website www.autodromoimola.it.

DISABLED PEOPLE ACCREDITATION
Disabled spectators with a disability of at least 75% will have access to a registration portal dedicated to them through which they can request online free accreditation for access to the Event in specifically dedicated sectors, within the limits of available places.
The registration procedure is not yet active at this time, but will soon be available on the site imolagpf1.ticketone.it
